The SWB Group is a specialized HCM and Workforce Management consulting firm based in Stoughton, Wisconsin.

 

The SWB Group was founded by Scott Barrett in 2012.

 

Scott started with Kronos Incorporated in their Dallas office in 1987 after being interviewed and hired by now UKG Chairman of the Board, Aron Ain.

 

While with Kronos for nearly 20 years, Scott successfully worked with hundreds of companies in many different industries from the beginning of the sales process, implementation, through to support. Scott went on to work for ADP for 6 years before deciding to open up The SWB Group to provide hand-tailored consulting services to clients.
